One of our best-in-class fiber laser products has been well received by an internationally well-known institute (we could not release the name by request). A high power < 100 fs mode locked fiber laser from PolarOnyx was used by the researchers at the institute as a frequency comb source. They quote our laser "… self-starts very nicely. It can generate a signal for the offset frequency when we use it in conjunction with highly nonlinear fiber. Moreover, the signal tunes well if we change the pump diode current and it is not particularly noisy."
